Six Fillers/Fluids

Nutritious Fluids are used as fillers throughout the day.

The choice of fillers varies with the season. Examples- Juices, buttermilk, coconut water, plain water (add electrolyte if necessary), Milk (Before Bedtime) etc.

Usually, 6 fillers are given daily where 4 fillers of 250 ml volume and the remaining two fillers of 300 ml. Supplements and most of the medicines are given with these fillers.

Early morning plain water

  1. 200 ml plain water for Thyroid medication

  2. Then after 90 minutes another 200 ml of plain water for Pantaprozole
